This integrated mango processing equipment line covers four distinct product paths: aseptic puree, ready-to-drink juice, formulated beverages, and dried mango snacks. Each line shares core modules while incorporating product-specific technologies to maximize yield and preserve natural characteristics.
Mango Puree Processing Line
The puree line begins with sorting and floating washing to remove unripe fruit and debris. A dedicated mango destoner removes the pit efficiently, followed by a double-stage finisher with 0.8mm and 0.6mm screens to separate fiber completely. The resulting puree passes through a vacuum deaerator to prevent oxidation, then a tubular sterilizer at 95–105°C before aseptic bag-in-drum filling. Optional pectinase treatment reduces viscosity for juice blending applications. Typical yield reaches 75–82% from fresh mango.
Mango Juice & Nectar Line
For clarified or cloudy juices, the line adds enzymatic liquefaction and a decanter centrifuge. Nectar production includes a blending tank with high-shear mixer for sugar syrup, citric acid, and stabilizers. A homogenizer at 150–200 bar ensures suspension stability, followed by UHT sterilization at 121°C and hot-filling into PET, glass, or brick packs.
Mango Beverage Blending Line
Designed for multi-product factories, this modular skid handles juice drinks, smoothie bases, flavored milk teas, and slush syrups. The PLC-controlled system stores up to 50 recipes, automatically metering water, concentrate, sugar, acidulant, and flavors. In-line Brix and pH sensors provide real-time adjustment. Product changeover takes less than 20 minutes with automated CIP.
Mango Dried Fruit Line
For dried mango slices, the line features a rotary slicer adjustable to 3–8mm thickness, a color protection bath using ascorbic acid, and a multi-stage belt dryer with precise temperature zoning from 65°C down to 55°C over 6–10 hours. Final moisture reaches 14–18% with a flexible, chewy texture. Optional osmotic pre-treatment reduces drying time by 40%.
